Brian Szalk

HEAD OF FREE2MOVE EsolutiONS NORTH AMERICA

Brian Szalk has served as Vice President of Free2Move eSolutions since its US market launch in April 2022. With a distinguished career spanning over three decades in the automotive industry, Mr. Szalk brings a wealth of experience to his role. Prior to joining Stellantis, he held multiple positions within FCA, his journey commencing as a Mechanic at the EMC lab for the former Chrysler Corporation. Mr. Szalk's profound passion for automotive products has been instrumental in his ascent to a leadership position within the US team.

Jim Allam

Human resources manager

Jim Allam joined Free2move eSolutions in August 2022 as the Human Resources Manager. Jim is a seasoned HR Business Partner with a strong focus on the automotive industry. Mr. Allam has extensive experience in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, leading organizational change, and developing talent. Jim's background includes a deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles and a proven ability to build strong relationships with both employees and leadership. His expertise in talent management, employee relations, and HR operations makes him a valuable asset to this company.

Kristin Bowler

HEAD OF DIGITAL SOFTWARE & LOGISITCS

Kristin Bowler joined Free2move eSolutions as the Head of Digital Software and Logistics. With over 20 years in training and operations management at Stellantis, Mrs. Bowler has a strong track record in developing and executing training programs. Kristin's experience includes managing large-scale training operations, budget oversight, curriculum development, and dealer network training. She has demonstrated expertise in overcoming operational challenges, implementing process improvements, and achieving business objectives.

Jeffrey Genna

BUSINESS DEVELOPEMENT & PARTNERSHIPS LEAD

Jeffrey Genna has served as Head of Business Development for Free2Move eSolutions since June 1, 2022. With over 26 years in the automotive industry, Mr. Genna brings a substantial background to his role. Since joining Stellantis in April 2010, he has held senior management positions within the Internal Audit and Technical Safety & Regulatory Compliance departments. Prior to Stellantis, Mr. Genna gained extensive experience through automotive consulting, specializing in risk management, process optimization, and cost recovery.

Andrea Holt

Chief Finance officer

Andrea Holt, Chief Financial Officer at Free2move eSolutions, brings a wealth of financial expertise to the role. With a 14-year career at Stellantis, she ascended from an accounts payable analyst to oversee the financial operations of the entire Jeep brand. Holt’s proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and process optimization, specifically in driving cost reductions and efficiency gains, positions her as a valuable asset to the company. Her deep understanding of the automotive industry and her experience leading large-scale financial initiatives make her a strategic leader for Free2move eSolutions.

Wendy Jones

INDUSTRIAL OPERATIONS $ TECHNICAL LEAD

Wendy Jones has been with Free2move eSolutions since November 2022, contributing a 29-year career within the Stellantis organization. A Boston University electrical engineering graduate, Ms. Jones has held various positions, progressing from release engineer to advanced vehicle integration lead. Prior to joining Free2Move, she managed the Electrical Production Execution Team, where she was responsible for all aspects of delivering a quality vehicle to the customer. Her extensive experience in vehicle development and production make her a valuable asset to Free2move eSolutions.

Dennis 'DG' Lex

Head of Sales Operations

Dennis Lex is a founding member of Free2Move eSolutions North America, established in April 2022. With 27 years at Stellantis, he brings extensive expertise in product portfolio strategy, brand management, and vehicle engineering. Mr. Lex led product portfolio development, managed brands like Ram Pickup, and engineered chassis, powertrain, and suspension systems. His leadership in cross-functional teams has spanned global markets, contributing to the success of multiple vehicle programs.

Robert Perkins

Head of Operations & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Bob Perkins is a founding member of Free2Move eSolutions North America, established in April 2022. With over 30 years of automotive industry experience, Mr. Perkins brings a comprehensive background encompassing design, product development, manufacturing, project management, quality, and aftersales operations. Previously, he held the position of Head of Mopar Program Management/After Sales. His deep knowledge of the automotive landscape and his proven leadership abilities are instrumental in driving Free2Move eSolutions' growth and success.

Gina Terry

PURCHASING OPERATIONS MANAGER

Gina Terry joined Free2Move eSolutions in September 2022 as Purchasing Manager, assuming additional responsibilities as Supplier Relations Manager in November 2023. With 20 years in the automotive industry and 12 years focused on purchasing and supplier quality, Gina brings significant expertise to her role. Previously, she held the position of Global Program Manager for Mopar Purchasing. Throughout her career with GM, FCA, and Stellantis, Gina has developed extensive knowledge in purchasing and supply chain management, supplier quality and development, and electrification.
