To ensure our customers have the best experience possible, we offer an optional extended warranty and preventative maintenance program for all Free2move eSolutions charging stations. Our extended warranty covers AC and DC EV charging equipment sold in North America and includes repair and maintenance services to maximize the performance and lifespan of your equipment.

 

Our Preventative Maintenance program offers a white-glove experience for customers, with trained technicians who are knowledgeable about Free2move EV chargers. Our technicians will diagnose and replace units as needed for AC EV chargers, while providing bi-annual preventative maintenance services for DC EV units. This includes verifying and inspecting all chargers, inspecting for damage, and performing manufacturer-recommended maintenance, including replacing air filters and inspecting circuit board connections. We'll also clean all exterior surfaces and provide documentation to validate the performance of our services.

 

Our Service & Repairs program is designed to prioritize service outside the scope of the Preventative Maintenance program, providing you with trained technicians and electricians to ensure your equipment is running interruption free. We'll replace or provide service and repairs for EV charging equipment as detailed in our replacement parts program list. All equipment owner-initiated service requests will be responded to promptly through our customer service portals.
